This procedure shows how to repair a corrupted MongoDB.

Requirements/Conditions/Restraints

Instructions

In order to repair MongoDB (if it is corrupted):

1. stop the services;

2. create a full backup copy of C:\RCS;

3. run the command rcs-db-mongo-repair

4. check the status of the repair with rcs-db-mongo-log (in the repair tab)

5. restart the services in this order:

a. Master Config;
b. Master Shard;
c. Master Router;
d. all other RCS services.
