QUEUED agents

Any agent can be in OPEN, CLOSE or QUEUED status.

Requirements/Conditions/Restraints

  • The license has expired or the number of active agents is equal to the maximum number of agents covered by the license.

Instructions

If the license has expired or the number of active agents is equal to the maximum number of agents covered by the license and the user creates a new agent, the state of that agent will become QUEUED and the user will not be able to do anything until he buys a new license or does not close one of the other active agents (in order to decrease the number of open agents).

  • A QUEUED agent can not be transformed into Soldier nor in Elite and does not allow to receive evidence; the customer can see it (just for a sync check), but in order to receive data he needs to close an active agent or increase the number of agents included in the license (in this case he can simply contact our sales department).
  • A QUEUED agent will be automatically unlocked when the number of backdoors on field will not exceed anymore the number of agents included in the license.
