A customer complains about a problem when he opens an agent evidence from the RCS console.

• The logs analysis highlighted the following error that reveals a corrupted file:

failed with error 13440: "bad offset:0 accessing file: C:/RCS/DB/data/rcs.0. See http://dochub.mongodb.org/core/data-recovery"

Instructions

The database or a single collection is corrupted. Run the repair utility on the database. (see: Repair a corrupted MongoDB)
